DREAMWEAVER was my favorite for years
But it was bought by Adove and integrated into theri suit of tolls.
The Cost went to thusands of dollars.
Another that I used was FrontPage, by Microsoft.
It also has gone up in price, but is still available for few hundred dollars.
There are still some programs, called HTML EDITORS, that do a pretty good job on simple web sites.
